Business Experience 7 to 10 years of IT work experience5 years managing projects Daily Tasks Performed (Planning) Define project plan, objective and milestone, Gain agreement from the customer, Oversee development of a plan to meet the objective, Assess risks and develop contingency plans(Organizing) Manage project resources to perform work, Schedule onshore/offshore meetings, Coordinate vendors, Develop and deliver key documents, Maintain documents associated with project in an organized manner(Managing) Monitor progress, Manage a change control process, Develop corrective actions, Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders, Transition.(Costing) Conduct Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Resource Allocation(Reporting) Create Presentations for stakeholders and Requested Monthly / Weekly / Daily reports Reporting: Provide Presentations for stakeholders, Monthly / Weekly / Daily reports Wants - Seasoned veteran having strong experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and deliverables- 2 years’ experience in the Automotive industry or in Telematics - Hands-on knowledge of custom Internet application and mobility development, information architecture, user experience, and services-based architecture- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment with multiple cross-organizational teams- Excellent internal and client-facing communication skills- Experience conducting C-level presentations- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of products, including MS Project- Strong experience with JIRA and and working knowledge of Confluence- Multiple successful end-to-end deliveries from Scope through Implementation/Warranty, including maintenance- Experience working in a dynamic, highly fluid, technically challenging environment Unique Skill Set Desired: Experience with Connected Vehicle (automotive telematics)
