Field Service Support & Maintenance of CNC Machinery

- (THIS IS REQUIRED): TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION - YOU MUST HAVE INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, AND SERVICE SUPPORT EXPERIENCE THAT IS SPECIFIC TO CNC MACHINERY
- (THIS IS REQUIRED): A minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC Machine Tools
- (THIS IS REQUIRED): Minimum of 50% travel in multi-state region - drive or fly depending on the distance
- (THIS IS REQUIRED): Must have a valid driver's license and a relatively clean driving record
- Experience working with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Siemens, and controls is a PLUS.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service orientation.
- Must be able to interact and effectively communicate in person and over the phone with people at all levels of an organization.
- The employee is expected to work at the Technical Center when not visiting customers.
