This is a
contract to hire position so we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time. Required Skills:- Experience with day-to-day operations of CyberArk (for instance the objectives from PAS admin class and/or PAS installation class offered by CyberArk)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, knowledge of log files to review, basic telnet usage, ability to use ping/nslookup
- Familiar with wireshark, able to take and analyze a packet capture
- General knowledge of certificates/PKI infrastructure, ability to identify a certificate issue, able to request a windows based certificate
- Familiar with Windows command line, basic commands (systeminfo /FO LIST, diskpart> detail disk, net config server, ipconfig /displaydns, tasklist, tskill, qprocess, netstat –a, netstat –p tcp, etc.)
- Organized individual, able to follow a documentation template, able to utilize SnagIt (or similar screen shot utility), able to take/organize technical notes
- Ability to work in a close team environment can quickly adjust priorities as needed in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Sailpoint integration (SCIM) server and/or operational experience with Sailpoint/Cyberark (Sailpoint workflow creating safes, onboarding accounts, lifecycle of accounts, etc.)
