Job Description Syneren is looking for a customer service oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the first line of defense for all IT related matters. You will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment as demonstrated by prior work experience.
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide IT technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries via email, over the phone and in person.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must have active secret clearance
