LIMS Software Developer

Description A Robert Half Technology client has an employment opportunity for a LIMS Software Developer. Candidates for this position should keep in mind that they will be responsible for implementing new features, maintaining existing code, and refactoring existing code across a breadth of products used both internally and externally at the company if chosen. This full-time employment opportunity is based in the Nashville, Tennessee area but can be worked 100% remote anywhere in the United States!Your responsibilities- Provide clear and consistent communication around solutions and time estimate to client-facing program management teams- Habitually execute code-review and work together with other developers- Maintain and develop new features to internal and external facing software to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues on various operating systems- Solve and deliver production supportGeneral Responsibilities:• Perform analysis to design software solutions in support for LIMS functionality• Configure and support Oracle database and web & application server environmentsThree Technical Keys:1) MUST HAVE -3+ years' Oracle PL/SQL working with a LIMS system2) MUST HAVE prior working with a LIMS system 3) Experience with Telerik or programming in .NET/ C# would be nice-to-have but not requiredSalary: $85-95K - 100% Remote OpportunityBenefits/Bonus: • Medical/ Dental/ Vision • Hours- 8 to 5pm standard schedule flexible as needed. • Potential yearly Bonus• PTO (Vacation & Sick / Accrued)• 4% match on 401kDress Code: Business casualPlease send updated resumes directly to Requirements - You'll be a good fit for this position if you have familiarity with full-stack development (front-end, to middle/application tier, to database) - You'll be a good fit for this position if you have experience with software development life cycles, e.g. Agile, Big Bang, Spiral, Waterfall, etc.- Experience crafting, documenting and testing APIs - If you can write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments, you will be strongly preferred- LIMS or Horizon LIMS experience- Oracle PL/SQL experience- Adeptness in Telerik- PL/SQL Development experience required- Oracle PL/SQL experience- Proficiency in PL/SQL Programming- Experience with C Sharp Programming (C#) Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with some of the best companies on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
