Cyber Security Project Manager

A seasoned project manager is required to support NYC Cyber Command leadership in the management and optimization of its portfolio of established citywide cybersecurity programs, and evolving suite of cybersecurity controls deployment. These programs have significant complexity across many City agencies, stakeholders, other cybersecurity entities in government and the private sector, and our information-sharing partners. The PM will work directly with NYC3 program managers in Urban Technologies, Threat Management, Security Sciences and Operations, its FTEs, consultants and vendors; coordinate with legal, contracting, finance, and communications teams to manage multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, develop RFI and RFP, benefit/cost analysis, vendor selection, work plan scheduling, budget oversight, contractor management, issue resolution, reporting and project closeout functions.
