Dementia Caretaker

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible caretaker to provide daily care and for our 69-year-old father living with dementia. Your responsibilities will include: assisting with daily activities such as, getting dressed, brushing teeth, making meals, going on walks, providing emotional support, and maintaining a calm, safe and nurturing environment.
Qualifications:
Experience and understanding of dementia care, preferably with previous work experience as a caretaker for individuals with dementia.
Empathetic, patient, and a genuine passion for working with individuals living with dementia.
Strong observational skills, with the ability to identify changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition.
Flexibility in adapting to changing needs and schedules.
Confidentiality and respect for privacy regarding personal and medical information.
Valid CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
Reliable car and car insurance.
Days: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 8am-7pm
