IT Project Manager

job summary:

• Technology team is looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with technology management and all stake holders.
• The role involves interfacing with several senior technology partners to gather information, organizing the content in a way that is easily understandable from the audience's perspective, selecting the medium that is professional, and making the presentation in a way that makes the content easy to follow and understood easily by the audience at various levels of the organization.
• The resource will need to put together technology key milestones, issue, remediation plan, financial data, regulatory deliverables, risk analysis and mitigation in a presentable format that is meaningful to audiences at a different levels of the organization. Act as a liaison between various stakeholders.

• 5 plus years of experience in Microsoft PowerPoint , Excel, Word, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio is a MUST
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a MUST
• Analytical and presentation skills is a MUST
• Exposure to software development life cycle is a MUST
• Agile/Scrum experience is preferable
• 3 plus years of SharePoint Design experience is preferable
• 2 plus years of JIRA and Confluence experience is preferable
• Client Relations & Presentations experience is preferable
• Educated decision maker, functions well in a global team, excel in tight deadline-driven work environments
• Should be self-motivated and proactive.
• Highly organized and works well under tight timelines
• Experience in a financial industries is a plus
