Are you passionate about creating integrated marketing campaigns for B2B customers? We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager for our Water &

Lab Products business unit, focused on driving growth through e-Commerce and channel partners. You will work with a smart, cross-functional team that is responsible for building and managing marketing programs in coordination with the Life Sciences Group divisions.

Your job is to help our internal marketing partners be successful. You will help us plan and execute large, complex marketing programs on time and on budget.

It requires a unique combination of marketing experience, business acumen, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

And at the heart of it, you love to get things done successfully. The primary pillars to this role include an execution orientation, relationship building, marketing communication expertise, and leadership.

What will you do?

Convert program requirements to executable deliverables; develop and help maintain project plans and schedules.

Communicate status and activities and exhibit stellar communication and organizational skills.

Identify and communicate program scope and ensure critical paths, milestones and all objectives are met.

Develop and deliver professional written and spoken communications that ensure team members and leadership have clear, concise, and up-to-date information on progress.

Work with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed. Leverage cross-organizational relationships for support, and resolution of issues.

Curate, analyze, and present data to solve problems, drive change, and improve performance.

Ensure clear definition of program success, monitor results, and present ideas for optimization of campaigns and tactics.

Work with your assigned business to understand strategic plans and align on communications needs.

Provide guidance to the business on process, best practices and channel optimization.

Support development of diverse assets, including advertising (print & digital), collateral, emails, trade show materials, video, photography, training, etc.

Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders (creative services, web, events, and external agencies) to deliver the tactical assets to support these plans.

Manage a high volume of tactics and prioritize activities to effectively deliver plans on time and budget.

Ensure that all deliverables meet corporate and brand guidelines and quality standards.

Facilitate logistical activities to support events and other business priorities.

Key Competencies :

Impeccable delivery of all projects and hitting all milestones on or before communicated / aligned timeline.

Highly proficient at prioritizing and managing complex programs, channels and tactic mix.

Consistently communicates status of projects on a weekly basis, creating 100% clarity of project status, expectations, next steps and final delivery.

Manages relationships through open and consistent communication to establish and maintain Business Partner's trust including setting and managing clear expectations.

Anticipates, creatively solves or avoids problems vs. simply reacting.

Being a pleasure to work with - business partners love working with you, commercial marketing folks will do anything for you, because they know you have their back.

Expertise in marketing communications (, customer journey, personas, integrated campaign execution).

Single point of contact for all Business Partners to all marketing operations' functions (digital, external / internal agencies, etc.).

High level of accountability - the MPM has greatest influence as to whether an execution goes well or poorly - true north is LSG and BU need.

How will you get here?

BA / BS degree in marketing or communications

3+ years professional marketing experience in a high-tech industry (Life sciences industry experience preferred).

Experience managing marketing program execution from strategic collaboration through completion of tactical deliverables.

Experience with project management or workflow systems.

Ability to understand business strategies and prioritize activities appropriately.

Must manage a high volume of project, under tight deadlines, working autonomously.

Able to work in a highly matrixed environment and effectively navigate systems / processes.

Resourceful in solving problems.

Team player with excellent people skills and written / verbal communication.

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Self-motivated, engaged, and accountable.

Preferred Qualifications :

A proven marketing program manager (create plans, manage budgets, schedules, coordinate resources, communicate status, ensure on-time delivery, etc.)

Change champion, motivator, and coach; demonstrated success delivering meaningful results through both influence and directly
