Multiple Temporary Support // Murdoch's Ranch & Home Supply

Murdoch’s Home Office is hiring temporary support on our Murdochs.com Customer Service Team.

This temporary role will last approximately two months (November & December) with 25-30 hours available per week.

The primary focus of this temporary position will be activating gift cards. You may also assist the customer service team with calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding their questions about orders, billing, returns, product questions, and web site technical guidance. Our Murdochs.com Customer Service Team is responsible for acting and responding as the customer’s advocate, not only in resolving issues, but also ensuring that they receive exemplary customer service. Skill Set Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience with customer service phone, chat, and email is a plus
