Insurance Sales Team Member

Immediate opening for a Full Time Sales Team Member with local agency. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, resourceful, and highly motivated to achieve team goals. Day-to-day tasks are to provide prompt and accurate customer service to existing and prospective clients, including explanation and recommendation of coverages. We work with multiple CRM platforms, so computer efficiency is required. Passing state licensing exams for property, casualty and surety should be completed within 30 days of hire. Upon completing exams, and successful demonstration of product knowledge, duties will include quoting and writing insurance policies, setting appointments to conduct reviews, and contributing to agency marketing and sales goals. No insurance experience is needed, however professional office experience and strong listening, oral and written communication skills are required. Benefits include group health, dental and 401(k).
