POSITION: Residential Aide

LOCATION: Cedarview Group Home

FTE: Full Time, 30 hours a week

HOURS: Wed-Fri 4p-9:30p, Sat 8a-9:30p

SUPERVISOR: Hope Taylor

WAGE: $15.32/hr. plus benefits

CLOSING DATE: Open Until Filled

JOB SUMMARY: The Residential Aide is responsible for the health and safety and providing supervision of the clients in the home. Staff are responsible for assisting clients with their personal care, daily living needs, medications, meals, recreational and community activities. Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be of legal age to perform the duties of the job. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or a desire to work in the field is preferred. A High School Diploma is preferred. Reach recognizes continuing education as a key point in self-improvement. Consideration will be given to applicants who have furthered their knowledge through college courses, seminars, workshops, specialized certification or other training. The individual must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Reach Inc.'s auto insurance, maintain a good driving record, and have a reliable means of transportation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
