Utility Engineer

Quanta Utility Engineering Services (QUES) is currently accepting applications for a full-time engineer providing contract engineering resources to NorthWestern Energy in Great Falls, MT.

Eligible candidates for this position must possess an engineering degree, have good customer service skills, and strong computer skills. Some AutoCAD experience is preferred. Due to the fast paced nature of the job, candidates must also possess excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills. Any candidates with relative utility or construction experience will be strongly considered, but relative experience is not required. QUES will provide all training for the position. Candidates must desire to live in the Great Falls, MT area.

Responsibilities will include customer service, design, estimating, and project management of overhead and underground electric distribution, and gas distribution projects. Engineers will spend about 50% of the time in the office and 50% in the field. Candidates must also possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
