Mail Processor Supervisor

You will hold a very important role within this company, starting out at a wage of $16/hour, with a generous benefits package, with a wage raise after six months!

DESCRIPTION:

Running inserting equipment in the morning, then from 1:30 to End of Night (see hours below) duties would be processing mail for the end of the night mailing run to the Post Office. The later portion of the day would include supervision of 4 part time drivers and being responsible for meeting nightly Post Office deadline. This would include learning and then training three driving routes in Missoula and one down to Hamilton. Also, running of mailing equipment; which includes meters and sorting machine.

Other duties will include maintaining mailing equipment.

Job is very physical and you are on your feet all day. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required qualifications for this position include:

High School diploma or equivalent

Good Communication skills

Must have an excellent memory

Clean driving record, which includes meeting drug policy requirements

Mechanically inclined

Attention to Detail and Accuracy a must

Other duties will include maintaining mailing equipment.

Hours-8:30 until End of Night – which could be anyway from 5:30 until 6, usually time is 5:45. Lunch 12:30 to 1:30.

Hourly Wage- $16.00 – raise after 6 months
