Join our team! We are a busy, fast-paced medical billing office seeking a focused and goal-driven individual. The available position entails calling insurance companies to check the status of outstanding (unpaid) claims and the resolution of any issues leading to delay of payment. As well as working with patients and providers to answer questions about their accounts. If you are unfamiliar with the specifics of how Insurance works, we are happy to train you. Desired applicant skills include:
Basic phone and interpersonal etiquette
Attention to detail
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving and organizational skills
Basic computer and typing skills
32 hours per week.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Starting wage is $16.00 per hour.
Paid sick leave and vacation as a percentage of full time employment.
No health insurance benefits.
