In need of a part time executive assistant with flexible hours and the ability to work from home.

Seeking someone who enjoys working alone, has extremely high attention to detail, is very organized, likes working from a to do list, and who is able to execute tasks in a timely manner without supervision.

We are a local real estate investment company who is growing rapidly and would love to add a talented person to our team. This job certainly has lots of upside potential if you are looking for growth opportunities and an advanced role.

We market to off-market distressed properties, buy them, renovate them, and then rent them out to tenants. We will occasionally sell one or do a “flip” but most of them are kept as rentals.

We have our own in house construction company and we lease and manage all of our own properties. This administrative role will assist in marketing, construction rehab, leasing, and property management.

Real Estate experience is not required, but would be a huge bonus!

You will generally work from home, with one weekly team meeting that may eventually be a live meeting, but we will currently be virtual on Zoom.

The following skills are required:

Very organized and detail oriented

Very efficient with administrative and paperwork

Must be tech savvy and very comfortable with technology

Email, CRM, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel, etc.

Must be able to work alone, self starter, motivated, and accountable

Very good written communication

Experienced with basic spreadsheet and document creation

Reliable transportation for occasional errands and checking on properties

Basic use of social media and posting

Basic use of cell phone for pictures and videos

The ability to upload pictures, videos, and documents to Dropbox or a cloud storage

The ability to create very detail oriented lists for the team

Comfortable with occasional phone calls with tenants, vendors, utility companies, etc.

The ability to help create processes and systems and document them for the team

Very basic accounting knowledge and tracking would be a huge bonus

Job Details:

Starting off at about 12-15 hours per week with the potential for more hours

Fairly flexible hours working remotely from home

Base pay of $15.00 per hour

There are growth opportunities for higher pay and more hours for the right person.
