Telemarketing/Administrative Assistant

Overview:

This position will is responsible to support the facility by greeting visitors, maintaining appearance of the lobby, answering phones, perform administrative duties and call on businesses for lead appointments.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Typing or keyboarding skills 40+ words per minute

Knowledge of office machines (i.e. computer, scanner, fax, copier, multi-line phone system with voicemail, etc.).

Versatile and willing to coordinate with and participate in, when necessary, all other aspects of the Business Office.

Possess strong initiative to get daily work finished and processed.

Maintains regular attendance.

Ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to set priorities and work independently.

Ability to handle multiple tasks.

Ability to use discretion in dealing with the confidential information.

Professional appearance.

Ability to call businesses to obtain appointments.

Must be a self starter.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

1-3+ years of current or recent Office experience in a similar office or call center environment.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish a plus!

Excellent Oral and written communication skills required.

EDUCATION
