Salon Receptionist/Property Mgr. - Part Time Opening

Opening for part time position:

Looking for a self starter, hard working, highly motivated, dependable, personable, trustworthy, professional, part time salon receptionist and property manager for an upscale salon suite located in Lakewood at the Colorado Mills Mall.

Must maintain a professional appearance - This is a high end salon suites business.

Responsible for maintaining and cleaning common areas to include bathrooms and other common area rooms.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Overall management of the property

Greeting clients upon entry into the salon

Answering phone

Distribution of packages and mail

Supply management

General cleaning of common areas and bathrooms

Vacuuming / sweeping carpets, hardwoods and tile

Directing clients to their salon professional appointment

Applying touch up paint and spot cleaning of carpets

$12.00 per hour

MUST be drug free
