Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. Design and develop digital architecture solutions for enterprise software systems and platforms. Duties include: develop the technical architecture for assigned value stream to ensure successful product delivery and compatibility of system components; manage the architectural roadmap for assigned domain, including release of new features and updates with minimal disruption; work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into architecture plans for innovative digital solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; evaluate product requirements, product vision, technical feasibility, and risks, identify system components required to meet user needs; prepare technical design documentation including workflow, integration strategy, and technical blueprint, and provide “reference architectures” and “baseline implementations” as needed; evaluate new technologies and lead Proof-Of-Concepts (POCs); provide technical guidance on application development, systems architecture, APIs, micro-services, containers, databases, cloud infrastructures, cloud services, and software development best practices; work with teams to ensure products meet performance, availability, scalability, and security requirements; and mentor junior team members. Required QualificationsRequires 5-7 years of experience with:+ + Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions.

Strong understanding of different integration patterns and technologies, including RESTful APIs, SOAP services, messaging queues, ETL processes, etc.

Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in integration projects such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide scalable solutions.

Experience with security protocols and standards for securing integrations.

Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in integration space.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Middleware technologies in IIB/ACE, WebSphere MQ, ODM and XtremeScale.

Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
