SENIOR WAREHOUSE LEAD

Senior Warehouse LeadThis position will provide higher level warehousing function/support to include: inbound/outbound shipments, staffing placement and process improvements necessary to support the continued operation of the Atlanta Warehouse.Duties & Responsibilities:Assist in the direction of employees in functional areas in accordance with company policy and procedures as well as government laws and regulations regarding the transport of goods.Ensure process flow and provide feedback on process roadblocks to DC leadership/engineering to remove said roadblocksTrain and coach associates in the areas of productivity, quality and safety. Support a culture of safety and communicate team direction from DC leadership to staff.Assist DC leadership in establishing or reestablishing standards and procedures. Assist with regular compliance reviews against established standards. Ensure on-floor compliance and efficient operations to completion of daily metrics.Analyze and act on data provided by metrics.Perform other related duties as required by management.Requirements:High school Diploma, GED or equivalent minimum.Minimum 5 years progressively higher experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
