Position: Apartment Groundskeeper
Location: Multiple Complexes
Starting Wage: $20/hour
Benefits:
$250 monthly allowance for gas and phone data

Responsibilities:
Maintain the grounds of various apartment complexes
Perform routine landscaping tasks (mowing, trimming, planting)
Ensure pathways and common areas are clean and safe
Assist with minor outdoor repairs and maintenance
Report any issues to the property manager promptly
Requirements:
Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
Reliable transportation between sites
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
