The objective of this position is to aid in the daily tasks of the property manager. The applicant should be comfortable on the phone, able to work 40+ hours per week, have strong work ethic, focused, friendly/welcoming personality and ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team-oriented environment.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Help manage multiple properties
Implement and oversee marketing plans
Insure the highest level of customer service is being given to residents
Thorough knowledge and enforcement of rental contract and company policies and thorough knowledge of Idaho State Law
Addressing resident complaints, including resolving disputes
High ability to work with owners and coordinate their needs
Effectively communicate with all staff members
Enter, update, track and audit resident/applicant information in company software
Specific skills required but not limited to:
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet use
Ability to learn and utilize new computer software
Proficiency in using social media
Ability to compose marketing ads that are clear, concise and grammatically correct
Strong initiative and problem solving skills
Top notch organizational skills
Ability to prioritize work
