PBX Operator / BARTON HOSPITAL

Blue Ribbon Personnel ServicesLake Tahoe's Premier Staffing Agencyis recruiting for a full-time, temporary “Communications / PBX Operator" at Barton Hospital.

STARTING PAY: $16.34 - $22.00 / DOE (depending on experience)

This is a full-time (4-10's / week) temporary (end of January 2021) position.

RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIREMENTS include:

Answering the main telephone system.

Routing calls

Taking messages

Providing routine information to callers.

Responsible for various clerical duties

Experience in hospital or similar setting preferred.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English; Bi-lingual abilities are desirable.

● Minimum of six months high call volume PBX switchboard experience preferred.

The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to deal with frequent interruption and changing priorities.
