Toll Brothers , America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Design Studio Administrative Assistant to welcome and assist home buyers at the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Kirkland, Washington.

In this role, you will use superb customer service skills to provide information to home buyers, prospects, construction, sales, and purchasing.

Responsibilities :

Assist Design Studio Manager in maintaining various reports

Maintaining design studio appearance, ensuring all samples are in good condition, labeled, and available

Assist Design Studio Manager and designers with various projects

Input buyer selections

Maintain and process buyer files

Assist with Orientation Night and other events

Assist with scheduling, processing invoices / billing, ordering supplies, taking buyers on a community-specific tours, and answering phones as necessary

Qualifications

This position requires working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and DocuSign. Ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must.

Design and homebuilding knowledge is a plus.
