Customer Service Coordinator

We are a 42 Year Established Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Company in Toms River.

We have an immediate opening for a service department coordinator. This position requires a positive friendly attitude to properly assist our customers in scheduling the repair and service of their heating and cooling equipment. You must be organized, compute literate, have proper phone skills, be able to maintain paperwork for our service technicians, and coordinate the daily work schedules.

Dispatching experience or working in a similar customer service position would be a plus.

This is a full time Monday thru Friday position with some 1/2 day saturday hours.
