Seeking a Part time LPN manager for our small 19 bed Alzheimer's/dementia residential community. Hours are 3 days a week 11a-8p.
The nurse is responsible for the overall care of the residents as well as managing the CHHA, CNA, CMA staff.
One would also be responsible for the administration of medications and treatments, providing thorough assessments, monitoring residents for changes and working with the physicians to maintain the highest level of well being. The ideal candidate would be dependable, passionate about the care of the elderly, a good communicator and is motivated in developing a strong team and managing staff.
Must have experience working in an Assisted Living or Long Term Care of geriatric nursing.
Position includes every other Saturday
Must be articulate and have managerial experience.
