We are looking for an accounting administration assistant, with experience in similar positions of 3 years, must have experience in Microsoft Office at the Intermediate level with Excel efficiency and have knowledge in the management of Quickbooks such as reporting and entry of intermediate information, likewise the applicant must be bilingual (english-spanish) and have notions in marketing and sales.
Principal functions:
Answer and direct calls politely and efficiently
Sort and distribute mail
Highly organized
Great attention to detail
Excellent writing / grammar skills
Multitasking ability
Ability to take initiative rather than wait for guidance and direction
Good teamwork and clear communication
Exceptional communication skills, including lots of patience.
