Customer Service Representative

Now hiring for a Customer Service SuperStar for wholesale to the trade only showroom. We are a wholesale window coverings manufacturer that works with the interior design trade. Our Albuquerque showroom houses a design resource center with fabrics, drapery hardware, and blinds + shades sampling. We supply everything you need for window coverings/treatments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, detail-orientated, and is a self-starter. Job duties entail providing customer support to trade accounts, includes data entry and general office duties, assisting in material selection, and giving our client base the ultimate level of customer service.

Previous experience in the Window Coverings industry a BIG PLUS

Knowledge of textiles a BIG PLUS

Computer literacy a must

Reliable transportation

Hours of operation M-F, 8 am-5 pm
