QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years in general repair and maintenance within the housing industry

Experience in: Plumbing, HVAC, Drywall, Carpentry, Electrical, and Appliance Repair

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have reliable transportation

Must have a working smart phone

Must pass a criminal background check

Must own set of tools

Must be able to work on-call weekend rotation
