Oklahoma City fuel distributor is currently looking to add a smiling and energetic personality to our team.
Job Summary:
Meet and greet all of our customers in person and over the phone. Compile, record, verify, and maintain sales of in-house and outside account orders while performing the following duties:
Prepare, sort, copy, file, and mail of invoices, receipts, correspondence, as needed
Review/Audit invoices against delivery tickets and research discrepancies
Answer account inquiries and follow up
Assists with special projects as needed
Monitor and review daily, weekly, and monthly inventories
Experience in All Microsoft Applications.i.e., Excel and Word are required
Sales of petroleum products to general public, figuring of taxes and processing of multiple payment types
Answer multi line phone system
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years of office/sales experience
Ability to easily navigate Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task with various tasks
Ability to problem solve
Excellent organization and communication skills
Easily take direction from supervisors
Ability to work independently and efficiently
