Job Coach

Position: Job Coach (Janitorial) – Part Time and Full Time

Variety of different schedules available

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Rate of Pay: $11.90 per hour

Hours: various; ranging from 10-40 hours per week

Schedule:

1) Full Time - Monday-Friday 9a-4p

2) Part Time - Sunday 3p-9p; Monday-Thursday 4p-9p

3) Part Time - Monday-Friday 4p-10pm

4) Part Time -Tuesday & Thursday 1p-4p and Saturday 7:30a-2pm

Summary: Provides orientation, training, and supervision of workers with disabilities, working alongside individuals with disabilities in a worksite or community-based employer. S/he implements employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assures job is performed to specifications.

Qualifications: High School/GED plus 1 year related experience and/or training. One year supervisory or human service experience desired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email and internet essential. Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of a vehicle and willingness to transport participants in personal and/or agency vehicle. Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations.
