High End Salon Seeking Receptionist

Tangerine is a high end salon located in Downtown Bend. We are passionate about providing a luxury experience with incredible customer service in a gorgeous, recently renovated space.

The job:

We are hiring for an on-call receptionist to cover sick days and vacation time. Hours are typically 9-6 and the days will be determined upon interview.

Must be able to perform the following: Greeting clients with a warm smile and checking them in and out with the best customer service you can provide. Answering phones and emails politely and professionally. Scheduling clients appropriately in a timely manner. Doing laundry throughout the day, and cleaning common areas. Making sure retail area is stocked and looks beautiful and clean. Providing a welcoming atmosphere for existing and future clients/customers. Learning about the products we offer and being able to assist customers in decisions on their purchases. Checking out clients accurately and efficiently, processing a variety of payments. Ordering retail product as needed, and keeping a positive relationship with vendor representatives. Thorough training provided, but you must be a quick learner! Interest in the beauty industry or similar areas a plus. Administrative or reception experience strongly preferred.
