Oswald Taxi & Transportation Insurance Services is located in the Mid-Willamette Valley and we are looking for is a team player who will contribute to the success of our organization by:

being willing to work closely with the team to help accomplish required tasks

having strong time management and organizational skills

having a great phone presence as client interface will be done by phone & email with very little in person client interaction

being flexible and willing to accept additional responsibilities as assigned

Essential Job Functions & Required Skills:

Expertise process ACORD Forms

Experience with multiple insurance carriers, as well as their Supplemental submission forms

Experience collect all relevant information for renewals & new business over the telephone, or through email

Entry of detailed customer information into a client management system

Experience managing renewal timelines to insure timely renewals

Proactive problem-solving and great follow-through of job duties

Ability to handle special projects and perform other duties to support the team goals

Full Time – normal office hours

Compensation: $45,000 to $65,000 Annual Salary plus benefits
