Job Summary: Responsible for providing pediatric nursing services to adolescents in a psychiatric residential treatment center, in compliance with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and Trillium Family Services policies. Conducts in-service training for staff on healthcare topics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associate degree in nursing. Preference for candidates with BS in Nursing.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the State of Oregon; maintain a driving record acceptable by the agency and a current driver’s license for state of residence, when authorized to use own vehicle for agency business, employee must maintain personal insurance

Job Knowledge: Contributes to the development of new concepts. Most work is routine with occasional new tasks involving a high degree of complexity. Operates within established guidelines and/or legal requirements, standing orders from an M.D., this position description, professional standards of medical practices, and agency policy. Performs duties with little direction given.
