Group Home Lead Staff

We are looking for a professional and compassionate Lead Staff for our Group Home to oversee the care of members with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. We provide quality care for our clients in a comfortable and warm environment. Join our team today! The ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. At least three years’ experience in related field and one year supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)

Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own

Be a pleasant and supportive companion

Report any unusual incidents

Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Accompany individuals on community outing

Help clients take prescribed medication

Ensure staff are completing their shift duties
