General Maintenance

Will Train! Entry level maintenance position. Must have 4 well drive truck. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus but not necessary. Looking for a dependable, detail oriented person to be apart of work family. Maintaining manufactured home communities, repairing yard lights, water leaks, cleaning out homes, working at onsite facilities, reading gas and water meters, run snow blower/shovel walkways, possible painting, tree trimming, on call a few nights, etc. We'll build a position around your knowledge.
