We are looking to Hire a licensed contractors to perform the below scope of work for a property at MIDDLESBORO, KY.

Scope Of Work

1)Complete Roof Replacement Remove Existing roof at Home and Replace with new 3 tab 20 year composition shingles with 15 Lb Roofing felt , Install new Drip edge, Flashing , pipe jack ,metal Power attic vent cover only

Specs- 3 tab 20 yr composition shingle roofing

2) Drywall Remove and replace damaged drywall at Foyer/Entry ceiling, Spec 5/8” drywall - hung, taped, ready for texture

Includes- Texture drywall (heavy hand texture) & disposal of all resulting debris

3) Painting Paint part of the ceiling (2 coats) at Foyer/Entry, match color in other rooms as close as possible

Includes - Scrape part of the ceiling and prep for paint & Seal/prime then paint the ceiling (2 coats) & disposal of all resulting debris

Note- Mask and prep for paint (tape) the area & Floor protection with 10 mil plastic and tape to protect the floors
