Looking for an experienced sausage maker to produce multiple styles and flavors of sausages. Must have basic knowledge and operational skills of grinding, mixing and stuffing equipment. Collaborate with Culinary/R&D on product ideation and production enhancements
Manage and organize process workflows to maximize production and product quality
