Responsibilities and Duties:

Detailed trimming of meats to be smoked

Prep of items for cooking of sides and desserts, reading recipes, measuring ingredients

Cleaning of dishes, appliances, kitchen and serving line

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Utilize safe and efficient knife skills

Communicate effectively with staff and customers

Must Haves:

Culinary experience

Good knife skills

The ability to be cross trained in all areas of the kitchen and serving line

Be willing to perform other related duties as assigned such as cleaning and conversing with our customers

At least 1 year of cooking experience

Willingness to clean, follow directions and learn new things

The ability to read, write and speak fluent English and follow recipes

A professional appearance and a positive attitude

Reliable transportation (we are not located on a bus line)

Verifiable references
