General Maintenance/Immediate Hire-Power Washing-Experience Required

Overnight Shift 8pm-4am

Morning Shift 5am-1pm

Requirements:

Must have a Valid Driver’s License

Must be able to pass Arizona Background Check

Must have a Working Phone and reliable Transportation.

Must be Competent in Admin Work, Sending Photos and emails.

Must be Able to Walk for extended periods of time. (up to 4hrs of walking)

Must be able to do Janitorial/Custodial Work.

Available During the Day to Communicate with Team

Preferences:

Pressure Washing Experience.

Janitorial / Custodial Experience.

Mechanically Inclined is a plus.

Supervisor Experience preferred.
