DOUGH PIZZERIA NAPOLETANA, featured on Food Network, HGTV, Food & Wine Magazine, Every Day with Rachael Ray, the Guardian, USA Today, Texas Monthly Magazine and voted Best Pizza by SA Current, San Antonio Magazine-Readers’ Winners and SA Express Newspaper-Critics’ Choice, is now hiring experienced SERVERS for our CASTLE HILLS LOCATION.

As a result of Covid-19, we are following the strict guidelines of the CDC and the “Texas Promise” as outlined by the Texas Restaurant Association. The health and safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. The next phase of our re-opening plan is to hire and train our staff on the best practices and standards as outlined by these guidelines.

We are actively seeking personable, outgoing and experienced SERVERS with a positive attitude and at least TWO YEARS of experience having served in a fast paced, high service restaurant. As part of our team, you will be a key player in the continued growth of DOUGH PIZZERIA NAPOLETANA, as we expand our offerings and grow our concept. Requirements include:

Passion for service-it is all about how you make the guests feel

Passion for great food and wine served with care and consistency

Natural genuine sales ability

Upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude

Minimum of two years serving in a fast paced, full service, highly rated restaurant environment

Wine knowledge/service

Experience working with a POS system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift

Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.

Ability to work in a team service environment for the benefit of the guests

Open availability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays

Responsibilities include:

Making certain that all actions taken are with our guest’s best interest in mind.

Taking care of all guests in a manner consistent with DOUGH’S standard of providing top quality food and service

Ringing in of all dine-in/take-out/delivery orders on the POS system

Maintaining accurate financial records of each shift, including all comps and/or discounts

Answering all guest’s questions regarding the food menu and wine list

Maintaining cleanliness of the dining room and server’s stations throughout the shift

Complete all server’s daily side work
