OverviewThe Financial Analyst will report directly to the Manager, FP&A to provide revenue forecasting and analysis, drive KPI reporting, and assist with ad hoc analysis and requests; working with PK's key industry verticals.Responsibilities

  • This position will work closely with the FP&A Manager, Industry Vertical Leads, the Global Delivery Team, and the Sales Operation Director.
  • Reports to FP&A Manager.
  • Service-oriented individual who can effectively communicate between finance, sales and delivery teams.
  • Self-starter that does not need a lot of managing; motivated to bring ideas to the table.
  • Analyze and understand multiple types of projects: deliverable, points based, hourly (T&M), fixed fee.
  • Work across US and International geographies on how people cost impacts structure of team to assist account team in decision making.
  • Work with delivery team to troubleshoot project issues from a finance and gross margin standpoint.
  • Identify ways to help increase project gross margin realization.
  • Manage revenue forecasting working closely with sales and billing teams.
  • Provide relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of financial data against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results.
  • Monitor variances, investigate inconsistencies, identify trends, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Work with FP&A Manager to provide profitability analysis on current and future client projects.
  • Assist the FP&A Manager with providing financial reports for the management team and Board of Directors.
  • Identify and participate in process improvement and policy development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years working in a financial related position.
  • Professional services background a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including but not limited to vlookup, index match, goal seek, pivot tables and charts).
  • Experience with Tableau, Intaact a plus.
  • Strong Communication skills, written and verbal. Communicate with staff at varying levels of an organization.
