We are looking for an Assistant Regional Property Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in overseeing the smooth operation of the property, working closely with the Property Manager. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative, and energetic individual who can handle multiple tasks and bring valuable experience to the role. The primary focus of this position is administrative support, and the successful candidate will be expected to fulfill all related responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with

Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.

General support to the Regional Property Manager on tasks, projects, organization, planning, and meetings at the

direction of the Regional Property Manager

Following up on leads, executing advertising for units, tracking conversion ratios, and participating in monthly goal

setting and achievement.

Ability to multi-task

Ensure departing residents are properly moved out and all paperwork is completed including final account statements

and collections packets.

Ensure that all reports including traffic and availability reports, file inspection, lease renewal and delinquency are

complete and filed timely and efficiently.

Communicate important information to residents with well-written and professional notices.

Assist in supervising and training property staff.

Carry out other duties as assigned by the Regional Property Manager or other Leadership staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

At minimum of 2 years experience as a residential property manager.

Valid Driver's License and own vehicle

MUST have excellent oral, organizational and time management skills, with strong capabilities to meet deadlines

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Exhibit strong attention to detail

Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and

work demands.

Organized with an attention to detail.

Proficient in operation of computer, MS office, telephone, copy/scan/fax machine, etc.

AMSI/E-site or other property management software preferred

Willing to train the right candidate

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, legal notices, lease contracts, vendor agreements, work orders, operating and property instructions, and procedure

This is an hourly in office position, $28.00 - $35.00 Depending on experience
