Customer Service Representative, Claims, Financial Crimes Specialist for a contract position with potential to hire, the role is worked onsite.

Tasks: Research, investigate and resolution of customer claims and disputes for credit card, ATM transactions and non-fraud Works in a call center taking inbound and outbound calls for credit card claims Providing excellent customer service Works with third party company’s to do research Researches account activity Multitasks and works with multiple claims Any of the following

Skills: 6+ months of experience as a Customer Service Representative, CSR, in Customer Service, Customer Care, Representative, any kind of Customer Service or 6+ months of experience as a Claims Specialist, Payroll Specialist, Fraud Analyst, Associate or any kind of Customer Service or Call Center experience inbound or out bound or Military background

Other Skills: Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment Computer literate and be able to navigate through multiple Windows at a time

A Plus: Familiarity or background with credit cards, claims, ATM, financials, banking, bank teller, credit card regulations, non-fraud, fraud a plus but not required Training will be provided Must be able to pass a background check
