Automotive Sales BDC Representative

Best Price Dealer is looking for self-motivated, high performing BDC / Internet Sales Reps who have a desire to learn. In this role, responsible for setting appointments and ensuring customers show to our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Handle all guest inquiries online and over the phone.

Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal to establish a firm appointment .

Conduct timely follow up on internet leads.

Qualifications:

Experience in car dealership BDC Department.

Excellent oral and written communication skills via phone and online.

Comfortable in a high-paced, competitive environment.
