Position : Customer Service Representative Location : Edison, NJ Duration : Permanent/FTE

  • The candidate will be responsible across all functions of the organization's customer service to support new and existing accounts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will quickly and independently become an expert in the workflows of the organization. Your ability to view each challenge through the lens of the customer, suppliers and employee will be crucial for your success. You will be the voice of the company, which should excite you
  • You will work directly with our customers, account managers and sales team in supporting customer inquiries, order fulfilment, returns, and product requests. You'll be responsible for inbound phone and inbound chats from our customers. Working directly with our account managers and sales team you'll assist the setup and transition of new accounts through the entire sales cycle.
  • You possess the drive, entrepreneurial spirit, determination, and proactive approach to treat this as your own company. You realize this is not your typical 9-5-day job. You have a mature business astuteness to perform and learn independently, develop strategic business processes while thinking creatively. Responsibilities:
  • Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Respond and resolve inbound customer calls, email boxes, and chats.
  • Handle and rectify shipping issue, returns, and product logistics
  • Assist in managing and updating our CRM, ERP, and databases
  • Take ownership across all daily operations as it relates to customer expectations and requirements.
  • Meet and drive to surpass your KPI, goals and expectations.
  • Resolve all escalated issues from customers and operations, by becoming proficient in the workflow and working independently.
  • Manage the necessary relationships with all major stakeholders to ensure product deliveries occur when expected.
  • Facilitate and oversee new and existing customer relationships and touch points to eliminate any friction when interacting with all facets of the business.
  • Provide top quality work and meet all deadlines
Previous experience:
  • Possess a "yes" mentality for all challenges
  • Understands that growth of an organization is key to its success.
  • Experience in the medical supply industry is a plus.
  • Experience with GPOs and/or distributors in the medical industry a plus plus.
