Shift:The operating hours are 24/7 supportThe shift of this person will be: 8am- 9pm Wednesday - Saturday while rotating shifts on call nights and weekends.

Day-to-Day This person will be performing the preliminary analysis of all incidents coming in, providing tier 1-3 support, troubleshooting, and monitoring the network, systems and servers, facilitating triage for escalation of incidents, and working on a relatively new evolving team. This person will be an escalation point for all system issues that arise as well as be heavily involved and responsible for identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and identify opportunities for more hands on experience, in addition to training and mentoring their peers to be able to help learn and increase their awareness and knowledge within the systems space. We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn and be a strong contributor to the growth of this team. The team serves as a point of identification/ first line of defense and escalation but this person will need to be able to proactively implement procedures to prevent and reduce severity of future outages, perform problem resolution/root cause analysis, and implement troubleshooting to resolve incidents. The percentage breakdown will vary weekly from monitoring, training, tier 1-2, and tier 3 support. The person must be an excellent communicator, as they may be interacting with both internal and external business partners.
