Experience:- 5+ Years Responsibilities/Duties Include:• Responsible for research, development, and implementation of automated installation scripts and images• Imaging, maintaining, and repairing hardware such as laptops, tablets, workstations, and printers• Installs configures, maintains, and troubleshoots a wide range of software and hardware• Distributes software to client PCs manually and using automated techniques• Provides level 2 problem analysis for issues that cannot be solved by Help Desk• Work with other agencies to coordinate physical PC moves related to setups, office relocations, and personnel reassignments.• Uses ITSM tool to log customer interactions, services performed, and logs assets into CMDB• Create, Modify, and Delete Active Directory accounts• Manage agency PCs within training rooms and ensure all PCs are operational and meet the needs of the users requesting the rooms.• Configure and manage network IP addressing using Infoblox to set IP reservations• Troubleshoot and resolve DNS record issues related to network communications for recently installed or replaced network devices• Work on Special Projects as assignedQualifications and Experience• 5 years of experience with PC hardware performing installations, configurations, and troubleshooting• College degree or equivalent technical study• Knowledge of Windows deployment tools and other specialized software used to create and automate images.• Experience in building and deploying an image utilizing software applications• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and short timelines• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization• Lift and or maneuver IT hardware up to 50 pounds
