- Assigned journal entries
- Assigned account reconciliations
- Manage recurring entries
- Audit tasks as assigned (AR confirms, pull sample selections, GL detail, maintenance of assigned schedules, etc.)
- Split timesheet review Mondays and as needed over holidays/ full backup for payroll/ knowledge of ADP and report development a plus
- 401k admin responsibilities and prepare data for annual 401k audit – RV oversight
- Prepare data for annual w/c audit- RV oversight
- HSE hours worked reporting (APSC and other clients)
- Prepare as needed HR related reports, salary data
- Manage IC timesheet data
- Project reporting support
- Fed, etc. OH rate calcs/audits (ODOT, ADOT, WSDOT, etc.)
- Proposal/RFP/Client Questionnaire support
- Interco invoice mgmt and regular interco reconciliation
- Job setups backup
- Backup for bank deposits/cash receipts
- Backup for billing and collections
- Help review AR batches for Beth during training periods
- Quarterly (or more frequent) client multiplier report
- Help review AP batches for Beth during training periods
- Backup for preparing manual checks
- Complete credit applications
- Manage lease data (matches with fixed assets) and related reconciliations/subsidiary schedules required for audit
- Research/propose/implement fixed asset software that supports book and tax depreciation
- Annual review of fixed assets with office managers to determine further disposals
- GST paid backup organization/review/filing (now moving to monthly filing from quarterly)
- Prepare monthly Canada payroll data and submit to BDO
- As directed, make online payments for SALT and CIT related notices
- Deltek Vision and Vantagepoint: support in development/testing/rollout/training of new modules and features (CRM, Tableau reporting, mobile T&E, etc.) Assist with training during integration of acquisitions
- Once multi-currency is setup, help maintain rates in Vision
- Help learn/build/maintain/manage Tableau reports
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum of 4 years accounting experience
- Must have experience in Project Accounting, GL, AR, AP, Payroll, Billing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within limited timeframe
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/deadlines
- Very detail-oriented with exceptional level of accuracy and follow through – highly organized
- Works well both within teams and independently with limited supervision
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to producing results
- Experience with Deltek Vision & Vantage Point
- Experience working for a professional consulting services firm with project accounting experience
