Senior Product Owner SmarTek21 is currently looking for a Senior Product Owner who will bring top quality expertise to manage project requirements and introduce new useful tools and practices. Role Responsibility: Actively supports the Client from the business point of view and provides guidance in assessing Product opportunities and risks. Serving as a product expert, product evangelist and the voice of the customer. Take advantage of the Product KPIs (and other business metrics) to optimize the Product analyzing metrics to understand client and product performance. Remains up to date with popular trends in software product development Able to provide additional value-added knowledge to the client base, creating mockups and protypes to assist with development. Tasks: Able to maintain metrics and suggests new solutions to increase the Product’s business value. Able to verify the business value delivered by the Product and how it aligns with the Client’s strategy. Work closely with the Client, Senior POs to define the next iterations of the Product and plan their releases. Be able to present perspective and point of view to the Client and build a trust relationship between both parties. Able to use dedicated techniques for road mapping (e.g. MOSCOW, Kano, or Pareto) Have knowledge of selected tools to describe product vision (e.g. business model canvas, lean canvas, or vision box). Be able to organize workshops with the Product’s users (based on the Discover/Define approach) to discover and validate hypotheses, as well as work out the best solutions for the Product. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology 3+ years of experience in Project Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Scrum or Agile experience
